REFM Financial Modeling Advice
Recently started at a top firm as an intern and am hoping to learn basic financial modeling and heard REFM was a great resource. I am trying to decide between Real Estate Self study course "Principles of Commercial Real Estate" and the levels 1,2 and 3 bootcamp. Any recomendations would be appreciated.
