REIT Associate Salaries? (Credit/Underwriting)
What would be a good salary for this role? Assuming $7-10B in assets, Atlanta/Dallas/Houston/Phoenix. Single tenant properties.

Also want to add that I have 2.5-3 years of experience in a non-RE field.

Correct
Like a spirit realty type place? I’d say maybe 100-115 + 20-30% bonus.

Don’t want to steal the thread but what kind of hours would someone work in this kind of role?
Is $85K base fair?
I'd say that's a fair base given you don't have any RE experience and the relatively low COL for the markets you've mentioned.
Thanks. Would you have any insight into the hours a job like this would require?
