What is current market comp for an acquisitions associate at a REIT? For context, I am currently a 2nd year associate at a $5-10B REIT based in NYC. My current comp is $110K plus 30% bonus and 10% in restricted stock that vests over 3 years, so call it $140k cash all-in. My salary seems below market, but curious to hear what everyone thinks.
