I have an interview for an investment position at a reit and was hoping some monkeys could send me any prior reit case studies they have been given. Unsure how different the interview will be from pe since this would focus on FFO and stock accretion and has different debt facilities. I'm coming from a 3pl and the employees are mostly ex-lev finance people so will need to study properly for this before I get MS thrown at me.
If anyone has a case study they'd be willing to share and any tips as well, that would be much appreciated! I can DM you or vice versa for more information.
