As a data point, I work at a REIT and the avg deal size of our last 5 acquisitions was >$100M
You again? I thought we already came to the conclusion that you were going to start a REIT? Stop second guessing yourself. If you want any shot at starting the largest REIT in the world you must be decisive. I also suggest that you name the REIT Whitestone just to rub it in Schwarzman’s face
