REITs analyzing
Hello, I am looking personally for some investments in REITs. Does anyone has a good method for evaluating them and assessing their discount to NAV?

REITs are like any other publicly traded stock. You can look up their financial statements and do an analysis like any other public equity investor. You can also use RE industry knowledge to make speculative investments based on where you think rents and demand will increase and invest in REITs that invest in those kinds of assets.
