Does anyone know about the Related Companies internship recruiting process? Their website says to check in during October but still shows no positions to apply to?

Judging from my experience with Related’s recruitment process recently, it’s inconsistent. Plus I’ve spoken to some people high up the food chain at Related, they’ve all told me they are not hiring anytime soon.
