I am not familiar with Related's process specifically, but I would work on the assumption that they will ask you to present your case study. For my current gig, I was asked to put together some analysis on a potential acquisition, and then create an IC deck / memo like I was presenting it to our investment committee, then walk my interviewer through it briefly.

The first round of interviews was with members of the development team, getting to know me. Currently, waiting to get the case study.
Nice, good luck. Curious what’s your background? Right out of school or a few years experience?
