Rent comps for single family rental
For those of you in the single family rental space, what data source do you use to pull rent comps for single family homes? As far as I know, a axio and costar only have multi family data. I suppose I could use Zillow, but I’m looking for a more comprehensive data source where I can pull lots of data at once for a given geography.
