Costar is faster, calling/checking the PM website is more accurate.
In multi at least, Costar/Axio is how you get the actual unit mix. Calling is how you check the actual rent prices and current leasing %, occupancy %, and specials. You start with the report and you call to spot check it and not try to make an entire unit by unit breakdown over the phone like an asshole.
