Rent growth % on a compounded annual basis.
If in place rent is $1,682 and stabilized year 3 rent is $2,015, you need 6.21% rent growth% on a compounded annual basis to hit the stabilized rents. Can you please help walk me through this 6.21% number, how do you get that or calculate that? Thank you!
Look up CAGR formula: (stab rent/in place rent)^1/3 -1
Thank you!
This was super helpful! Thanks man
