REPE Analyst Comp Equivalent to IB
Hey, does anyone know what non-BX, SCG, Brookfield REPE funds have the same or better comp at the analyst level than the standard IB salary?

Career Resources
Most likely lower, depending on market and firm.
it will be the same
Salary will be the same (NYC). Bonus potentially too... search the PERE report on here... many/most will be on par. Even REPE debt team salary is the same.
Disregard previous comments, I have multiple friends that work at PERE 50 companies (acquisitions) that are outside the top 5 and they all make within 15k of each other with a base around 75k and anticipated bonus of ~30%, or ~100k all in. Banking peers in REGL groups make 85k base and more like 50k bonus so there is a measurable difference. I can’t imagine the salary hike to the associate level would push them above their banking peers doing A2A, but it’s likely that salary beyond associate will vary a lot based on the fund, so they very well could earn more than bankers mid-career
I'm not sure where your friends work, but I did two years REGL IB -> PE at PERE 100, so I'm pretty familiar with the pay. You have the IB numbers down, but REPE pays $90K base for first years in NYC with ~$40K bonus. It's essentially the same. If you're talking about outside of NYC, then maybe your numbers would be right.
