REPE Analyst Firm Advice

I'm an incoming senior and have had the opportunity to get a great amount of CRE experience across 4 pretty legit internships, in my opinion. I've had some job interest from larger REPE firms that mainly focus on deploying Lifeco cost of capital money.

I'm looking to work for a firm with a great culture of mentorship or just hard work, but balanced (50-65 hours a week). I'd prefer to work for a large flagship value fund product (1bn or so) in a more transactions focused role. I'm very interested in credit and equity investing and have experience in each including platform investing. I know I'm describing a dream job, but I'm willing to work for below market as long as I like the guys and can see myself at the firm a long time. Does anyone have any advice on the firms that may fit this profile in Chicago Dallas NYC+? Thinking Heitman, DRA, and similar but looking to more senior folks for recommendations for places to look around at or try to meet with.
