REPE & Developers - San Diego
Curious to know who are the top developers, REPEs and family office in San Diego. I know PGIM, MetLife, and a few other groups are very active in that market. Looking for local groups than national based firms.

Thank you. Want to get into a family office in that market that does JVs. I know the market is tough right now but also knew there are locals. Running out of luck to finding firms.
I highly suggest joining ULI San Diego Chapter. Epic platform that does property tours, happy hours & group mentoring. Not your usual run of the mill Networking BS.
