Have a group/panel interview coming up for a growing regional firm focused on core plus MF, am curious if any of you have gone through this and if so what advice you might have.
This interview will be with three principals of the firm (one I've already interviewed with), and the "group" consists of myself and the only other candidate they're still considering - pretty wild if you ask me, but I am up for it.
I've been grinding through the ACRE accelerator course (have finished, this is my second time through), focusing on the value-add modeling portion given its application to core plus. Also been reviewing basic technicals, but having trouble figuring out what to focus on there as well.
