REPE or not?

Would you call this a REPE firm? If not, then what would you call it?
I live in scandiavia and our definition of what firms do are different from the classic UK or US definition which leads me to wonder what firms I know well of actually are defined as.
Defining the firm linked below gives me a good take on the REPE question.

They do AM and Acquisitions in funds sponsored mainly by institutions, family offices and pension funds.
