REPE vs REIB
Current freshman in college interested in real estate, was wondering if i should recruit REIB or REPE or just generalist IB?
End goal is to get into Real Estate Development
I’m also recruiting right now, and since we’re focused on real estate, I’d recommend going after all three. There’s a lot of overlap between them, so the prep isn’t that different. Whichever one you end up in should set you up really well for a career in real estate
What if you target working for a developer? This website over complicates things too often, just get in the door of what you want to do.
Yeah I’m genuinely confused why people think they need to take some weird end-around path to their industry of choice.
