Replacement cost
What percentage of replacement cost is safe to assume when evaluating whether to buy or build?
I.e total basis willl be 95% of replacement cost.
To me that means that if cost to build Falls 5% all of a sudden somebody could build a better product right next-door theoretically. Am I thinking about that the right way?
