I am expecting to receive an excel test in the next few days. I was wondering if any one had any cases pertaining to a ground-up construction loan. (Projecting out cashflows, applying back leverage, lender returns, etc.) I have never worked on the debt side, so any information of how I go about this or any case materials would be incredibly helpful.
