Resetting Taxes on Terminal Period
Firm I’m with recently launched a Co-Invest vehicle where we invest alongside established sponsors. I’m looking through a deal that is being proposed to us, and it looks like they are resetting taxes on the forward 12 month exit. Is this the correct way to look at this, or should the terminal period be unadjusted?
