Rethinking Tenant Finishout
Looking to finish out a spec suite and given the market conditions, we think that a finished out suite with some furniture will go a long way instead of having the tenant trying to design and finish out.
Looking at certain options such as modular walls and flexible furniture like Vari. Vari seems to be really expensive, especially their walls. I also don't like how uncomfortable their furniture is.
Anyone aware of a good option for modular walls that can be moved later and alternative to Vari?
