Anybody work for or with RevPar International at all? Boutique-ish hospitality consulting firm offering advisory/consulting services. anywhere from feasibility, appraisals, due diligence, asset management etc. for developers/owners.
Curious about the clout of the firm, comp, how they are viewed from the outside. Can't find a ton of info on them but their website shows a decent amount of projects they've worked on.
Definitely judging them based on their name. This would like a brokerage calling themselves Cap Rate Worldwide.
I don’t know of them. If you’re looking to get into hospitality focused CRE then check out CBRE’s Hotel Platform (they do consulting, normally for ground up developments. I met with an MD there). HVS is also a great service provider for hospitality consulting like feasibility reports.
