Rotational Analyst at Starwood Property Trust vs. AEW Asset Management Trainee Program
Wondering what peoples thoughts were on what would be a better opportunity to start a career. Both have similar comp - SPT does not pay nearly as much as Starwood PE. Concerned that SPT is a back office role that they disguise as a rotational program. Could someone from the REIT get into the PE side?
