Running Yield vs. Cash-on-Cash
Hi there,
Is there a difference between an asset's running yield and cash-on-cash calculation? If so, could you please explain the difference?

I've never heard of a "running yield" but typically a project yield is the stabilized or specific time period NOI/total project costs, while cash-on-cash is that NOI/equity invested in the deal
