What's going on over there? Limited to office exposure or their whole portfolio taking a hit?
So I've heard
They are still heavy in MF development in which they shifted their strategy and have done well there.
I know they have historically been predominantly Office, and huge exposure but would be surprised. Rechler is a smart and savvy guy.
I don't understand why people will come to this forum with questions this precise. What are the chances realistically of someone having had / known someone in that exact role? And it changes over time anyways. If you are interviewing for a role this senior you should already have a good feel for the expectations and the firm's culture.
