I work for an appraisal shop with a salary + fee split pay structure. This seems to be the outlier as I believe most other shops are strictly fee based. I'm curious what other companies/appraisal shops out there also have a salary + fee split pay structure?

Lowery Property Advisors, in Texas, is a pretty good shop from what I hear. They are salary + fee split. Culture is supposedly great. Founder/CEO worked in an appraisal sweat shop before starting his and wanted to build something different.
