Salary Discussion

I work multi-family real estate investment company (1,700 units) in Alabama whose main focus is value add deals. I have been with the company for almost two years and have about 10 years experience in commercial real estate development/acquisitions and real estate lending along with an MBA. It is really just me and the owner who work on the deal side, all other employees (office manager, property managers, leasing, ect,) handle day to day operations of the company. Due to the fact that it is just me and my owner, I do wear many hats. I work to source deals, underwrite potential deals and take them through due-diligence, work with bankers to get deals financed, work to see that any planned value-add construction piece is completed, work with property managers to see that properties are stabilized and work with lenders to take deals to the permanent market for refinance. I also review the performance of all properties every month. Basically I want to know what someone in my role should be making (salary) and how bonuses should be structured.
