Salary for first position in RE Development as Development Project Manager?
I got my first offer! My degree is in Architectural Engineering and I've spent the last 5 years working for a large GC as a Project Engineer. I have been to REI groups and have flipped a house and have a rental which is what made me interested in the development side. I'm based in Mid-west and my first offer as a Project Manager for a development company is 75,000. Is this a good starting salary for my position and background experience?
Mid-west is pretty broad - what city?
kansas city
If you don't have entitlements, acquisitions, or modeling experience I'd say that is a great salary, considering the market. What did they offer for bonus?
they did not offer a bonus
That’s fucking low considering there’s no bonus. You should at least get a 20-25% bonus.
