I am sure it must vary from university to university but what am I looking at ($$$) coming out of a Master's in Real Estate (Finance & not Development)?? I have degrees in Civil Engineering & in Construction Management and have over 5 years of work ex. in the construction industry, pricing projects and working in competitive construction bidding of projects in the commercial sector.
