Sands Investment Group

Does anyone have anything to share in regard to their reputation and deal volume? I am graduating college this spring and was offered a position to start as a broker on one of their teams.

I am currently stuck between deciding whether to accept this offer or wait it out for an analyst job that may offer better exit opportunities. My long term goal is to be successful in brokerage, but I get worried that this position may limit my options going forward. Any information on them would be appreciated!
