Savills Junior Broker Program

Hey everyone! I have a 15 minute phone screen with a hiring manager at Savills this week and was wondering if there was anyone here who knows much about the program/has any insight into the phone screening process? Would love to get some info to be prepared before the phone call and find out if it is a valuable program to start my career in brokerage. Thanks!
