Savills NYC Capital Markets GROUP
Anyone have any thoughts on this team in regards to deal flow / reputation / culture?
I realize they aren't one of the top teams, but could use some intel.
Also, any idea what one would expect comp to look at for Director level (5-7 years of exp.)?
As an associate with a NY broker, Honestly didn’t know Savills had a nyc Capital markets team.
director level comp is very deal dependent, I’ve heard anything from $200k-$500k in NYC
I haven't heard much either.. Heller's group?
