So the key points to Argus in an interview setting are:

Ask to not be tested on this. If they move towards a test or ask technical questions, spill coffee and apologize profusely. This will demonstrate you're able to multitask, wear multiple hats, roll up your sleeves and put in the work, and that you are adaptable to change.

1. Talk about deals you've underwritten using Argus. Talk about the massive IRRs you have projected and how great the projects are.
