Scenario: 200 Acres Property, northern Michigan.

How do you make money off of 200 acres of old farming land right off a highway/exit in northern Michigan? (other than farming).

Curious if any of you Davy RE folks have any suggestions for me. Don’t want to sell, rather lease of some sort or maybe development?

There are two small gas stations on the other side of the highway and yup directly off of 75. That might be the best bet!

I was thinking some pretty crazy ideas as well. Like potentially getting some LPs and working with a developer to build out some kind of assisted living or mobile home park. anything thoughts?
