Seasonality in Comps
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to account for seasonality when looking at comps. I feel like deals look worse when UW in the slow season bec the comps are charging lower rents. Is there a way to account for this?
Thanks

Not sure which asset class you're working in, but if you have access to T12 market rents, can just use that average instead of today's rents and make adjustments if you recognize secular trends instead of seasonal.
