Seattle/ PNW development market

Currently I’m working as project engineer at a large GC in Seattle, but I am very likely going to pursue a MSRE this upcoming fall. I have 2.5 years of construction experience and will have close to 3 by the time I potentially go back to school for the MSRE. Assuming I graduate in spring of ‘24, does anyone think it will be difficult to find open development analyst/ associate positions in Seattle? It seemed like there were frequent postings for those about 1.5-2 years ago but they have since dried up (hence why I am seeking a MSRE so my resume has any chance at all).

I’m willing to relocate potentially but I like the area and I see so much current growth in the city and foresee it continuing. Really just looking to get opinions from those who have more experience in the industry and what kind of environment I could be graduating into. Also, can anyone in development in Seattle give me an idea of what kind of comp I could expect starting out? Haven’t seen much discussion of this specific market so far on my short time on this forum.
