Second Interview at Quasi-PE Real Estate Investment & Specialty Finance Firm

First WSO post so I know I may get ripped for not posting in the right threads. As the title states, I have a second interview for an Investment Analyst position with a Southeast-based firm. The firm primarily serves as LPs (mezz debt, pref, and joint venture equity) to sponsors and operators for the ground-up development of single-tenant retail and multifamily properties, however they also acquire and reposition some assets in-house as well. The position responsibilities include investment analysis and asset management, so a combination of financial analysis, communication with developers and legal counsel, creation of investment memos and offer deal sheets, and monitoring the performance of existing investments.

The first interview was a phone call with a current Associate at the firm who I'd be working with directly. The call went great and the recruiter contacted me 15 minutes afterwards to notify me the company would like to take the next steps. I now have a second in-person interview with the Managing Director and the Associate at their office later this week. They asked me to send them a recent DCF valuation that I created for a multifamily investment sale at my current internship, and they said it looks organized and very well thought out. I'd like to know if anyone has any advice for the types of questions they might throw at me or any opinions on what I can expect from our conversation? It's a family-owned firm with less than 15 employees, so I'm wondering if this is the last interview they'll make me do, or if I should expect more? Also, since it's a small shop and they've already seen my modeling work in Excel from the DCF valuation I built, I'm not really anticipating a modeling exam/Excel test. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Some additional info: coming out of grad. business school from top 10 public university with 1+yrs. relevant internship experience in commercial real estate. I have my FL Real Estate Sales Associate License as well.
