Asking from lender perspective - anyone have experience with projects involving Section 8?
- What kind of diligence should senior lender ask for or perform?
- Are there common concerns/issues related to administration of program with local authorities?
- Is there a consensus in the industry with respect to Trump and all the headlines about cuts at HUD and other program reductions?
Hardly a transaction I am excited about, but our institution has no subject matter expert so I'm trying to figure it out on my own.
