Seeking advice - question on asking for OM and sale price for potential retail property
I'm a relative newbie to real estate investing apart from a SFR but found a retail property that I'm potentially interested in. The broker has a brochure about the property and some demographic stats, etc. but nothing regarding asking price, etc. Is there any etiquette when reaching out or is it just a matter of asking them for the OM (asking price, rent roll, etc.) after signing an NDA?
