My firm is actively developing ranch (BFR), 2-story and 4-5 story communities throughout the Midwest and parts of the SE. We have a pipeline of about 3,000 units that is growing. We're seeking a JV equity partner and/or pref equity group as our pipeline now far exceeds internal capital. To date, everything has been funded by our own capital and a small investor network.
