Seeking Tips/Advice before starting first full time job

Hi WSO,

I'll be starting my full time job in January as a Development/Acquisitions analyst for a luxury apartment developer. I'm feeling a bit out of the loop in CRE since my last internship this summer, so what are some tips and resources I can use to be at the top of my game once I start full time? Also what is your best piece of advice for a new analyst looking to make a leap in terms of advancement and job security?

Thanks in advance!
