Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had a baseline assumption (maybe something the Public REITs report) for an average turnover rate to use in self storage? I know there are little to no "turnover costs" but I wanted to know if anyone knew a standard assumption for turnover. Is it 25% of units? 10%? Etc.
