I’m based outside the US and they just told me I can move over to NYC, a long life dream of mine, but I need to propose comp.
In context, it’s a real estate private equity firm with a small presence in NYC, I work around 70-90 hours a week.
I would love some insight of comp (base and bonus) in order to propose my comp.
