Anyone have any insights on senior housing sector, particularly active living communities. Is there still a lot of demand in this area? From the little research I did seems like occupancy took a hit during the pandemic but generally speaking has performed better than traditional multifamily.

The long-term trend is favorable, but there's too much supply. Occupancy has been in the mid to high 80s for a couple years now.
