Senior Lenders - do you find doing lending work on stabilized assets repetitive? How do you get around that?
I am just curious to see the community's thoughts on this topic? I've found doing underwriting work on stabilized assets a bit repetitive from time to time. Maybe mezz/pref might be a bit more interesting. I'm just worried that I will run out of motivation/interests in a few years.
