Serhant vs Other Brokerages - What’s the Difference

Hey guys,

Can anyone explain the difference between Serhant and the typical brokerage model? Seems he pushed the individual agent and empowering them as his differentiator , but it’s literally the same from what I’ve seen.

Instead of a big brokerage house name it’s even more favorable for the founder, it literally is his name. Sure they seem to have cool promo videos and are doing things differently there with different concepts but it’s literally a typical brokerage model only more beneficial for Ryan with a sort of flex office model where he’s not paying for the space other brokerages are paying for, seems to be hiring anyone as agents. It’s just playing off his name and success.
