Recruitment firm based out of NYC. They've reached out to me on a few occasions for different roles over the last 6 months. Most have sounded pretty solid, but not so much of my interest because the positions are mostly in markets I'm not that interested in.
Anyone able to share on their experiences with them for any roles that caught their interest? Their recruitment team seems like a smart bunch and organized as they don't consistently just spam me with all kinds of roles.

They weren’t really helpful in my opinion. I followed up on one of their emails once. Turned out to be for a role at Apollo. Answered questions about what I was looking for in a role and then had a phone screen. They ended up submitting an app on my behalf even though they made it sound like I would be introduced to the team. Never heard back.
I don't really love SG Partners. I find them to be unproductive. They typically just spam your inbox with every single opportunity on the planet but then never follow up if you express interest.
100% agree. Worked with them for 2 years and never got an interview. BTW have experience at a BB originations team and I was getting interviews when I applied directly on company’s site or LinkedIn.
