Sharing Models
As title reads. Open to sharing models from acquisitions and development courses. If interested please dm. Would like to see other models, no ACRE - grow up.

Have any senior housing models?
Unfortunately no
Out of curiosity, are you referring to this ACRE https://www.adventuresincre.com/re-modeling/
The one guy I know there is an absolute clown so I'd get a kick out of knowing they suck.
Correct my beta friend
Pm me
Hey. Would love to share some models I have/see some of yours. What type of RE models are you looking for?
Please share anything you, especially single asset acquisitions
Just starting out learning RE modelling, so excuse ignorance, but what’s wrong with A.CRE?
Also curious - I do some freelance work on the side and have been using A.CRE models for like 2 years, they've always been great for me.
Why create this and then not reach out?
Pm me
I would love to check out other’s models to see how I can improve my own models. Please send them to me, as well.
Just curious - what is wrong with A.CRE? I think they have some great models.
Would love to know why the disdain for A.CRE. Not arguing or advocating, just curious.
A lot of curiosity about the A.CRE models and why you think they're bad. Weird to say "grow up" with no context lol
interested
Definitely interested in seeing other models if anyone willing to share. Haven’t used ACRE but curious what the hate is.
Would love if you can share with me as well please PM
Would also love to compare what I've built at my family office gig to other models for development and acquisition. I'm sure there are many ways I can improve my own stuff based on this forum's users and collective experience! Please send them to me as well. Thanks!
Interested, I also have models from some GPs
Got a mixed use dev model from Related, PM with a trade
Also have Brookfield’s dev model which makes Related’s look like monkey shit
Why don't we create a Google Drive for/with fully redacted models by category/property type as it seems like a more efficient way of getting this done.
This is a great idea. Something WallStreetOasis.com can implement?
I love this idea
Someone make the move
Looking for industrial model for an incoming case study, not a proper model used at work, Dev + Acquisition, would you have this?
I've got a bunch of models, modeling test etc...

Maybe I can help. Can PM.
