Go to Rabbu and get on their mailing list for new deals. They will send a deal and an UW model in excel (usually weekly - not sure). If you are in a hurry, maybe reach out to them and see if you can get a few deals emailed over to you. This is an okay first introduction and then go from there. I would like to see what everyone else weighs in with as this is an interesting question generally.
is there any way i could PM you and set up a dropbox if you have a rabbu model? I signed up and havent gotten one before the interview tomorrow
