Should I be worried

I saw a job posting seeking May 2018 grads (which I am) at CBRE/JLL/C&W last Monday (7/9) and applied. I got a call the next day saying they want to schedule a phone interview. Have the phone interview and it went great, so much so that they quoted me compensation and gave me a date that I would be starting on pending the in person interview. HR emailed me immediately after the phone call thanking me and saying that they would get in touch soon with next steps and scheduling the in person interview. It's been over a week now with no word from them. The start date is in two weeks, so I feel like this is crunch time. The online portal still says that I am in the interview process. Do you think they found someone better and are leaving me hanging, or just dragging their feet?

Well from what it sounds like, they really wanted you on their team, so I don't think they would be upset or irritated in the slightest if you called back to follow up
